Keep in mind, the opinions on this site are for the most part speculation and are not necessarily the opinions of the company WITHOUT PREJUDICE

Lori is trying to take my voice away, but I have said before, NO ONE will do that. When our rights in this country on transparency and freedom of speech are ignored or even manipulated, a huge problem presents itself. For Lori to be granted an injunction against me for discussing what looks like very questionable things, raises the question to me, " if one thinks he sees a crime being committed, he alerts the authorities, and nothing is done, what does one do? So, I am getting the picture that if you think you may be witnessing a crime, keep your mouth shut, and let it happen and escalate, and watch it turn into something that just keeps taking advantage of more and more people, then you read on the news a few years later, OH! Crime is a terrible thing, here is 1000,s of people have become victims, such a terrible thing. Yet, when one really digs and tries to understand what happened that allowed a crime to affect so many people, they find that the laws have been designed to be in favour of the ones that wish to manipulate them to their advantage. So whats the sense of trying to be proactive, when the laws prevent you from doing that? If one was looking out for them selves, they have no incentive of trying to be law abiding, when the laws are not in their favour, so more and more are choosing to take the path of living good lives and manipulating the laws at the expense of so many visctims. This is very sick and you are seeing the results of this type of behaviour being revealed world wide showing you just how corrupt the systems of society have become. There is a massive clean up going on world wide because change is coming, we are part of that change.
All shareholders, hold your ground here and stand up for your rights, the times for justice are happening and accelerating, no body has the right to throw away 1000,s of peoples votes/rights, and any individual that may condone that type of behaviour will be scrutinized as well. Lori can,t intimidate me and I am very excited about these recent developments and I can assure you that I am quite comfortable with my current position.
As shareholders with rights, I ask for you to address the company, and ask for a written break down of expense for the 3 month period ending Nov 30/2012 for the Promo and Travel columns. By my calculations these columns equate to roughly $7000 per day in that time period being spent. There could very well be legitimate reasons for that expenditure being that high, but instead of us speculating, get it from the horses mouth. Kulwant had told me about a year ago that they knew the expense for travel was high then, he told me they would be cutting it back and looking into it. Then I come to see that there has been no change effected and the numbers have stayed high or slightly higher, what is going on? These are reasonable questions to ask and are part of your rights as investors. Thats partly why I put the Pension fund post on last night about the $11 million signing bonus maybe being paid to a Barrick Executive and where the investment houses had a problem with that and are gonna voice their opinion as their right.
I heard Primed was on stockhouse saying something about Lori being the victim and that we were the bullyies. How pathetic is that coming from him when Lori openly degraded shareholders in a conference call, I believe he still may have been one at that time, by such remarks as go harrass an immigrant, go build bird houses, take up gourmet cooking, get a V-8 head bop (whatever that means) etc. These were defamatory statements directed soley at shareholders, we took this abuse then, we were concerned, but stayed loyal to our investment in spite of being severly degraded. Every shareholder has the RIGHT to stand up and want management removed after that blatant act of degradation and bullyment. Not only the degrading comments to us shareholders in which made us feel rather small and prejudiced against by someone of perceived higher prestige, but these comments could be and may have been very damaging to our sp and investment. I mean what kind of CEO has that kind of disrespect for its shareholders? Who would newly invest in a company that sees that type of demeaner from a CEO? And what about any by stander or possible investor asking the question " Why aren,t these statements publicly retracted and is this the opinion or demeanor of the rest of the BOD? Well, one has to think that where these degrading statements were not retracted, that the BOD must concur and condone the actions of the CEO in which their fudiciary duty to shareholders involves a certain degree of control over the CEO,s actions in the best interests to shareholders.
So there you have it, is Lori really a victim of bullying, or is she a victim of her own demise?
