St. Elias's McClenahan to face cross-examination

CONCERNED SHAREHOLDERS OF ST. ELIAS MINES LTD. OBTAIN ORDER FROM THE SUPREME COURT OF BRITISH COLUMBIA TO CROSS-EXAM LORI MCCLENAHAN ON AFFIDAVIT

On April 22, 2013, the Supreme Court of British Columbia ordered the cross-examination of Lori McClenahan on her affidavit made in opposition to the concerned shareholders' (Gilby Len Hastman and Darcy Kim Hastman) petition to the court to overturn the results of the annual general meeting of St. Elias Mines Ltd. held on Dec. 27, 2012.

The court ordered that the cross-examination, which Ms. McClenahan and the company opposed, is to take place on or before May 1, 2013. As part of the concerned shareholders' request for cross-examination, Mr. Gilby Hastman agreed to be cross-examined on his affidavit made in support of the petition. The hearing of the petition to overturn the results of the AGM is scheduled for May 7, 2013, to May 9, 2013, in Vancouver, B.C.
