Mr. Gilby Hastman, concerned shareholder, reports
CONCERNED SHAREHOLDERS OF ST. ELIAS MINES LTD. REPORT ON EXTENSION OF PETITION HEARING AND CONCENTRATION OF CLAIMS AS AGAINST THE COMPANY AND LORI L. MCCLENAHAN
The hearing of the petition to overturn the results of the annual general meeting of St. Elias Mines Ltd. held on Dec. 27, 2012, has been extended. Submissions from the parties to the petition will now take place over a period of five days including May 10, 2013, and May 21, 2013.
The concerned shareholders also report that they have received permission from the British Columbia Supreme Court to discontinue their claims in the petition as against Donald Bastien, Robert Krause, Paul McDonald and Tina Whyte. The concerned shareholders expect that this will expedite the petition hearing and allow them to focus their claims as against the company and Lori L. McClenahan.
The concerned shareholders will continue to provide the company's shareholders with timely updates on further developments in the petition through news releases.
