I see the "shares issued" on the Homepage under "Corporate", has recently been updated. Wonder why, just recently? I assume very recently, as I look frequently.
Still shows under the Nov, 2012 financials, not sure why about that either, since we've had Feb, 2013 out for awhile now?
Wonder why they did not update the fully diluted @ the same time? Or, the date?
Also, on the homepage under Tesoro, they say the drilling:
Temporarily suspended, July 2012
So, if there was no drilling expenses after July, 2012, it's strange how the cash & cash equivalents changed so much as of late, and the average monthly amounts.
From Aug 31, 2012 to Nov 30, 2012 the avg monthly reduction was $429K per month
From Dec 01, 2012 to Feb 28, 2013 the avg monthly reduction was $181K per month
That is quite a reduction since drilling was not any part of this, and I don't see legal fees changing much, as they've been an ongoing cost, I assume, since the Oct 18, 2012. Actually one would think costs should have gone up drastically, since the dissident notice.
Even @ the reduced rate of $181K per month, with a Cash & Cash Equivalent of $348K as of Feb 28, 2013, that would put us @ a big Negative $100K plus as of today, if the averages remain the same. However, costs must be quite high as of late?
