Here is the bad news…if we don’t start giving again I predict we’ll lose!

Why? because you can’t win a legal WAR without ammunition (money).

From what I saw on the postings shareholders gave at the beginning. Now it seems the momentum has faded. Just look at the posts. Sad! Everyone seems to be waiting for the win and it appears no one is giving!

Let’s all stick together right now and start sending money today and posting our donations on these boards for everyone to see so that the Green Team can win this for all of us!

The guesstimate (by my attorney) of (4 days?) of court and weeks of preparation by the Canadian attorneys had to be about $150-$200k. Add the costs of the actual AGM and the constant other legal challenges and it probably cost $200-$250 total says my attorney and what if the judge orders another vote (another AGM @ $50k or so?). By the way, my attorney charged me for these opinions and estimates!

Wow! And just who is paying for this? My guess is the Green Team and a few of our most loyal shareholders.

That’s simply unfair at best and foolish at worst.

How can we expect just a few of our shareholders to support this entire effort and then expect our team to win?

Answer...I don’t think they can if they don’t have the financial backing of the 91% that voted for change. Do you?

One of our most supportive posters (who is now being sued by the way) said that big business is winning and commanding the little guys (you and I).

You know what, he’s right …why?... because the little guys aren’t sticking together…in short it’s their own fault. Many shareholders do a great job at posting and helping in other ways, but now it has come down to the cost of this legal battle. Many may lose their entire retirement if the Green team does not win.

I’m trying to help the Green Team change the outcome of the AGM for us...so I’m sending in another cheque for $500 to the Green Team! If every shareholder does the same the Green Team should have all the money they need to pay for these battles

Will you join me? We need everyone now to give or face a loss (how much each of you knows I’m sure) because we could not stick together.

So everyone please start the money flowing now…proudly post what you give on this board and we can all rally behind the Green Team and watch them win this battle for the shareholders! Show the world that the shareholders of SLI will not stand for a loss in this battle!
