I wonder if anyone has looked into the process of recouping court costs and money spent by Lori since her decision to disallow the Green Proxy. If we win this case and the green vote counts could it effectively be saying that anything spent by (former) mangement since the AGM was un-necessary spending?

Just questions as I am unsure how or if this is even possible or proper.
