There are many options available to us. The throwing away of 91% of the votes, was a critical act. Each vote contains a right, and when rights are ignored, its no little thing. Its ludicrous that this even had to go to court. It also shows how dysfunctional the authoritative mandates are as well and perhaps have them portraying a false sense of security to not only the investors, but also to every Canadian and other international interests. For the above reason, and more not mentioned, many may and can be held accountable other than current management.
