3.4 AGREEMENTS AND PERMITS
A 100% interest in Chance 1 and Chance 2 claims was acquired by St. Elias Mines Ltd., pursuant
to an agreement dated March 10, 2004 with Minera Rio Acari S.A, for a one-time payment of
$130,000. The Chance 5 and Chance A-H claims were subsequently staked by St. Elias. All of
the claims are registered under the name of Minera Santa Elisa SAC (a Peruvian affiliate of St.
Elias) with the exception of Chance 1 which is registered under the name “Braulio Ismael Medina
Inga” a corporate representative of St. Elias. The author is not aware of any royalties, back-in
rights, payments or encumbrances to which the property is subject.
