sliforever,

Things are not always as they appear at face value. You ask why it could be taking so long, perhaps it may be because of the complexity and the other aspects this decision may affect in our society. Also, a wise shareholder has just told me tonight, that perhaps the judge is left with cleaning up a mess. Meaning that perhaps since ongoing business was executed since the AGM by the current management, a review of all transactions may have to be done by the courts and rescinded. Perhaps the Green Team would be unable to immediately take office, if a mess had to be cleaned up prior, by order of a judge?

Personally, I can,t see how options, 4 million of them, could have been issued AFTER THE AGM, when the AGM is contested. Its possible, that upon change of management, these may have to be rescinded. It is also possible that if any company assets were sold in this time frame, that these descisions be recinded or accountability to insure perhaps replacement, is placed upon someone that did not have authority to do so at that time. If it is determined that fraud was a result of the AGM results by the CEO throwing away shareholders votes, all actions by current management after that date of the vote should become void or even considered illegal. There could also be a wee bit of accountability placed on authorities of allowing business to continue if harm was being indirectly done to the majority of shareholders, speaking of a depleting treasury mostly, when it is responsibility for a degree of protection to be offered to investors in these markets.

So by the judge perhaps trying to assure and insure that this part of the mess is rectified, it may prolong the written decision. There may also need to be a limited course of business established by the judge, just enough to allow minimal operation by new directors, while problems within the company are being simplified or resolved.

As for worrying about if you made the right choice to donate or not, go by your heart. Its anyones choice as if they wish to stand up for their rights or not, as well as it is for one to think of themselves as a nobody . And may I suggest that you not blame the Green Team only for being secretive, remember the laws and how they limit and restrict.

Not to degrade your wife in any way for thinking you are stupid to donate, but perhaps you should take time to fill her in on more info, then perhaps her opinion may change when she realizes you are fighting partially here for your rights, and that should make it easier on you. I remember my ex throwing things at me, but I would not sell, then one time I thought about selling in Jan2012, she said "no", lol, so I agreed with her and here I am. Think on the bright side, in the future, your wife may be very happy you didn,t sell. Ask yourself this, and perhaps your wife as well, does one fight so hard for nothing?

And yes, you should feel frustrated and worried, upon the realization that you must pay and fight for your rights. Everyone of us feels the same. We thought we were protected from these sort of things and now find ourselves in a stressful time. May I suggest you remain strong for yourself and the rest of your fellow shareholders and show support?

Just my thoughts, no disrespect intended.

thank you

rick
