103216 is Lloyd Brewer free miners certificate which is still valid

131127 was Jeff Ruskowsky free miners certificate which has never been renewed after this transaction.

138758 is St Elias

As you can see this was all done in one day AUGUST 30 2010

This is only one of seven tenures that I have found so far. I am more than willing to help RCMP check further into this very odd dealings.
