(SLI-TSX-V) (the "Company") has been notified by the Court that the reasons for the judgement with respect to the Petition ("Petition") filed in the B.C. Supreme Court (the "Court") on February 7, 2013 by Darcy Kim Hastman and Gilby Len Hastman, as Petitioners, against St. Elias Mines Ltd. et al, as Respondents will be delivered on Monday, June 17, 2013.
