I'm sure management knew this info before today, as I'm almost certain the courts aren't open on the weekend to give these notifications. It seems odd to me why she decided to wait until this afternoon to make the announcement? Could it be because the markets are closed? Maybe it's because certain people on other boards run off at the mouth a bit too much...who knows?
