The decision has been rendered. The dissident challenge was unable to prove that there was "oppression" and/or that there were no misleading "material information" contained within the circulated green proxy. That is all.
Moving on..
I would be surprised if the dissident group would invest hundreds of thousands of dollars into this challenge without having an executable plan in place in the event that this particular challenge was unsuccessful. Otherwise this would have been the proverbial "putting all one's eggs in one basket".
While I certainly could be wrong, It would make sense that the dissident group has already a plan in place to move forward. Whether they have the stomach and/or finances to support some other plan is another question and not one for me to judge regardless of how they choose to move forward.
In the end, I am not happy that current management is still in place, however they have yet to be challenged legally for all their actions, either by shareholders or the investigatory agencies which gives me comfort that all managements actions will eventually have to be accounted for.
