Sculpin, Im confused, your above post says that Dec 15/11 , Gold Summit property, " Exporation work recently completed by Havilah", but in a NR by SLI on June 12/12 "SLI has postponed the completion of the spin off Co.". So my qwestion is, Is Havilah a operational spin off Co. of SLI or not? If so when was it incorperated and what happened to the 1 for 20 shares of SLI that was promised, or am I reading this wrong, thanks
