For sake of an argument, Lori is the only one left in management that I believe we voted in or had a chance to vote for. Tyna was voted in by us, and coincidentally, she has resigned. And, as with Murry, we shareholders were never given any reason that I know of why Murry was dismissed with cause, furthermore, we were denied ever a chance to vote for him again. If I remember this correctly, Murrys term should have ran to Nov 2013, but the TSX decided that all directors would be voted on at the 2012 AGM, denying Murry a chance to be voted on by shareholders, perhaps a multiple rights issues concerned in this one? Its very interesting indeed, how some of our systems work.
