We cannot fully rely on that data for Tyna,s compensation, it is a combined income that is based on stock compensation as well. The value put on the stock options may have changed since that data was revised since the last AGM,and should not be added into the compensation in this way, whereas it may give a totally false impression and suggest that her annual compensation is much higher than the actual. It does appear though, that her annual cash compensation from both IGD and SLI total around a $100,000,but that may still be unclear. The best and perhaps most reliable, is to look at the financials directly in figuring out compensation.
