I was just looking at a Candente news release, where it looks like they are strengthening their company by bringing Cobriza, which I believe was a prior spinoff of Candente, back into Candente. I believe this is an excellent move on Candentes part considering current market conditions and their ongoing exploration at their Canariaco property, adjoining our Cueva Blanca.

This I bring up because of a statement made in their release today, that may be of some importance to us. They use this in a sentence; "exciting exploration potential at the Cañariaco Sur copper porphyry as well as the adjacent Quebrada Verde copper porphyry target”."

That above quote is important to us, whereas they are now referring to these southern sections of their property, that are closer to us, as porphyries. It is my opinion before this time, that they considered these areas as mineralized targets, but now have upgraded them to actual porphyry targets, which suggests to me, that these are deposits that can become economical, and ups the chances for Cueva Blanca(CB) having a considerable chance at a copper resource as well, on the East North East quadrant of the Cueva Blanca(CB) property.

The geology in this area of the CB suggests to me the possibilty for a copper resourse as well as higher grades of gold, than waht Candente has in their copper resourse. The diatremes and breccias found on our CB in this area, appear to have little geological work done on them, but the limited work does show noticiable gold content found in the breccias. It is possible, that these breccias could carry enough disseminated gold to warrant an open pit operation in that area, not only for the gold, but perhaps the copper component as well. I believe the prospects may be considerable for this area for us and could reveal some pleasant surprises on further exploration of this area.

FYI, the CB already has an estimated resource of ~200,000 ounces of gold and ~ 900,000 ounces of silver, from a different area of the property. This did catch Beunaventura,s interest last year, but SLI has offered us no more details of their initial interest in the CB.
