Unfortunately Mikxx, I would have to respectfully disagree. Based on the burn rate of this company and the incredible levels of spending on things outside of core exploration and business development...500K will not allow the company to do anything except buy a month or two of time and more importantly for management to set a precedent that an uncontested PP is acceptable by current shareholders and thus future PP's will see the same success in being accepted by the regulators.
In fact a sequence of small PP's will achieve the same dillution goal as a large one and even has the downfall of less access to immediate cash...which of course limits the ability for the company to do any exploration if it had any intention to do so...it's kinda like the difference between removing a bandage slowly or quickly...same result one just more painful.
In the end those who are allowed to participate in this PP and future PP's will likely reap the rewards of this company should there be any rewards to reap...those who hold stock today will not likely reap any rewards although they may recover a few dollars in losses.
This may sound "glass half empty" but it's just how I see it.
