The interesting this to me is any investor considering participating in a PP of 500K would complete thourough due diligence...in this case due dilligence would uncover the following
- a management under incredible legal scrutiny
- a management under incredible shareholder scrutiny
- many clear potential litigation pitfalls current and in the future whether they be founded or unfounded
- a management team that has proven to be impossible to remove under any circumstance
- a management team that has a track record of unmitigated failure
- a company whose exploration practices are less than conventional
- a company whose exploration practices are less than accurate
- a company whose exploration practices are less than poorly documented
- a track record of documented deceipt on critical company strategy
- a history of a complete lack of transpancy on busniess practices and business structure
of course the list goes on.
Why then would anyone invest in a company such as this now that it has all come to light?
That's what is interesting to me.
