I'm pretty sure Lori wouldn't give up 51% of the Tesoro (even at a healthy price) because she only holds 12,000 shares...not much money it that sale for her. Oh, but wait! That wouldn't be a dividend to her shareholders...that would likely go into the treasury for travel and promotion where it's badly needed!
