The fact remains that the shareholder wants this current BOD gone, this company will never ever go anywhere until there is change, the share holders have spoken and were ignored at the AGM and then on a legal technicality, even though the shareholder vote was botched from a legal standpoint doesn't change the fact that the shareholder has a right to be heard, Majority rules....laughing out bloody loud, apparently not on the TSX-V, in my opinion this stock is too cheap to buy and not worth selling and financing at this level is just a slower way for this company to die, in my experiance whenever these Venture conpanies become surrounded by controversy as this company clearly is, it spells doom...unless there is change! Good luck to the longs, they deserve it.
