After having listened to and read all of the information since the court decsission was passed down, a couple of things that I have gotten from the results are:

• The green team was supposed to pay the court costs for not only their court expenses also they were supposed to pay for the cost of the other party.
• That being said if those that were fighting on our behalf don't have the funds to pay those costs from the funds that were donated I would come to the conclusion that these extra funds would come out of their personal pockets.
• If they don't have the funds then they would be working very hard at whatever job they hold to ensure that the funds are paid.
• This does not leave lots of spare time to do much of anything else I would guess.
• I don't know how they are handling the court loss, however I am thinking if I walked in their shoes not sure how I would be handling the situation at the moment.

Am I upset that there were steps that could have been taken to ensure all the t's were crossed and the i's dotted, of course, however have I taken on such a daunting task on behalf of others at this point in time I would have to say no. I am sure that the green team has learned from this mistake and should they pursue further once bitten twice shy and will be alot wiser the next time around. Don't let bickering and infighting distract everyone from the purpose at hand. Hopefully there will be an AGM in the later part of the year and someone will be watching. There is a season for everything and an appointed time under the sun for everything. Just a few thoughts to chew on.
