I believe this to be, and was prior, the best and most prudent course of action for the Green Team. It was very evident in the Judges decision to weigh his opinion on our matter by looking at a technicality in a circular. The problem lies with current law and legislation, and it is certainly not right, nor fair, for shareholders to have to burden the expense of legal battles of this type, when this duly affects all Canadians and more. The responsibility to change and effect change, lies in the very hands of those that help enact legislation, our dear government reps, MLA,s in particular.

In all reality, no money is safe in the market, any market for that manner, because the voted representatives of the people, seem gutless to stand up and do what is right, and what they were voted in there to do. The Gov reps seem complacent to let things go status quo, and watch countless people lose significant amounts of savings, ignoring the dynamics of law that helps many be taken advantage of. Every persons pension in this country is directly affected by laws that enable a few greedy to manipulate people and financial markets. With these gov reps not standing up now, being proactive, this projects that they may not be able to be relied upon in crisis. The crisis is at our doorstep at this very moment, all peoples of this world have this crisis on their doorstep, when pension monies start disappearing, whats the sense to act then, after the fact? lol

I posted above about Government Reps, because some are telling shareholders that it is a legal matter for shareholders to fight. I wish to state, that no, it is not a legal battle for shareholders, but a battle for government reps that enact legislation as they have, placing the power in the hands of the corporation and denying shareholders rights with contradictory laws and legislation. It is not the shareholders responsibility to change and enact law, there are taxes paid by each one of us that pays for government reps to represent us and that enact laws to assure the security of investors/civilians.Get off your lazy butts!!!!!!!

LMAO, we have people in government that don,t know why they are there or what their duties are to the people of this country.
