I agree the company is in dire need of cash, but unfortunately I spoke to Lori about getting in on the PP and she told me she would send me the documents via email the following day. 3 weeks later I emailed her and said that I still hadn't received it. That was almost 2 months ago and still nothing. One might say "Well of course she isn't going to let the dissidents in on the PP" but my response is "What's the difference, I already have more shares than her so it wouldn't make a difference one way or the other come vote day"

It would also be interesting to know how much her and the other directors are buying... her salary is much higher than mine.
