I was close to responding with a more detailed answer but do you think it wise to play all your cards on an open forum?
Lets just say there are other than stated additions to a formula for succeding in the architecture of the proposed shareholder takeover that would satisfy those that do not have a desire to participate is this venture.
As the real estimated value is cash on hand $300,000 (or less) and whatever physical assets(equipment ,buildings etc) that are left ,it seems that the real value is probably close to my.005 per share with no hope for survival in the next 2 quarters excepting a small miracle.
Anyone not interested in an attempt at a small premium to save at least a greater portion of their investment should perhaps take the .035 now, as time seems to be short here.
Do you think $3plus million is possible from Tesoro over the next 16 months ???
