Dear Sculpin

It seems very nearly a forgone conclusion that due to the "Majority Voting Policy", the CEO and one or more of the BOD will be voted out.

Forgive me for asking, who are we to replace them with? There seems to be enough complaints on this forum. Everyone thinks they can do a better job, but no one has been singled out. The topic of who the BOD or CEO will be replaced with has never come up. I believe all shareholders have a right to know. Can we please be more transparent.
