Well they are all hiding behing answerphones or dead ends!

I rang the main number, and you have to select from a range of options, option 5 being for BB's.

You then receive a recorded message saying you have to email them as it has to be "documented"

So how come certain posts are removed so quickly then?

I tried selecting other options from the main menu, and again ended up on an answerphone!
