Sorry, I forgot to add perhaps the most important thing in the initial post of this thread, that several or more shareholders requested several weeks ago, that the "Majority Voting Policy" be implimented. So, in fact, management were well aware of this request and obviously chose to ignore concerns of the shareholders once again, which could be seen as another breach of fudiciary duty.

Every shareholder here and even more market participants, must ask themselves the question; why do regulators not enforce regulation and do not uphold shareholder protection? Perhaps its because the regulators are a falsehood and illusion?
