Number of directors

On the circular, we are asked to vote "for" or "against" the number of directors being set at 3.

Last year we voted for the number to be set at 5, so unless the majority votes in favor of 3 directors, would it not have to remain at 5?

And if that is the case, could 2 people be nominated from the floor at the AGM?

Any thoughts?
