I would like to use this example of how things are changing in the legal and societal world. We are now in great transition of our financial, judicial and any system you may think of, at this time in the history of the world. Evidence of this has been seen for the last several years but is now accelerating.
I believe it interesting how the "aiding and abetting" charge is being introduced in the attached link and also the judge,s consideration of "including possibly damages for bad faith", on top of the damage demonstrated. This perhaps may be seen as a precedent for future liabilities that may be applied in similar circumstance of "aiding and abetting". This case will, or already has, established a basis that may very well be used in future cases of this nature, and also bring the ideology of new instrumental displays of liability, that will hold up in courts. Having said this, it is quite possible to see future constructs in one, or more of our circumstances. This, coupled with provisional acts of neglect, supports a serious liable situation that cannot be ignored by courts of law.
