Surely it is the responsibility of SLI to ensure the AGM premises are of sufficient size to accommodate ALL shareholders that may want to attend?

If anyone has access to an attorney in Vancouver they should request his participation to ensure all goes according to the rules on the day. And if it doesn't, there is an independent witness of repute to report what transpired.

I correctly forecast what occurred last year, and this doesn't look at all good this time either, IMO.
