I just heard from Sculpin and the AGM is now over.

There was no Q&A allowed even though shareholders asked to address some concerns. Apparently the only voting done on the floor was to adjourn the meeting.

She was very adament that no questions would be answered, even when addressed from the concerned shareholders.

20 - 1 rollback and name change voted down.

Approximately 1.5 million votes for BOD compared to 30,000,000 plus withheld (numbers to be confirmed)
