Thank you for this Stewie, it opens the floor for a very important circumstance that has been constantly repeating itself over the last several weeks with Stock house.
As some people here well know, there are a couple supporters of us shareholders on the Stock House forum of SLI. Several of these posters, Coolcol, Aim and Bannedbillyboy, to name the most prominent, are standing up for investors against opposing posters there that favour current management and said that current management has done nothing wrong. These opposing posters have resorted to degrading remarks towards our supporters continuously, with their degrading posts remaining on the forum there, while supporters posts that apparently are not defamatory, are being removed constantly, with even bannings from Stock house with little to no reason. To sum it up, Stock house has taken a biased position against supporters of shareholders for some odd reason, apparently censoring any posters/posts that stands up to the ridicule and degradation conveyed by management supporters.
If anyone would ask why Stock house would stand behind and take sides with the likes of posters that wish death on certain investors, the answer may be, that Stockhouse is part of this somehow against shareholders that have lost millions on paper. Then you would have to ask, why would stockhouse jeopardize any integrity by siding with management supporters of a little ole venture stock. Perhaps there is way more going on there than meets the eye.
Look at the stats that Stewie has posted about Stockhouse below, showing its ranking on the internet, and the traffic that visit that site. Management supporting posters on Stockhouse, seem to want the stock price down, and it seems stock house is helping them, by censoring posts of concerned shareholder supporters. Why would a message board owner seem to support a campaign to drive a share price down? And as Stewie has said, message boards help influence stock prices. So we have our company now trying to raise capital, yet an unqualified report comes out saying the Tesoro is a bust, and supporting shareholders posts being removed at Stockhouse that would perhaps keep an interest in the stock and perhaps allow for new money to come in or at least support the present share price, while stockhouse allows posters talking about core shacks being destroyed and how they made millions off shorting the stock, etc, to remain on the forum, enhancing a picture of our investment being worthless, and perhaps contributing to a deteriorating stock price, which may be considered as insirect stock price manipulation. As to why Stockhouse would allow themselves to perhaps enter such a territory, perhaps can be resolved by a process of elimination.
"Understand clearly...Stockwatch.com is an "influencer" in the market...just like the 1000's of other market news services and they are one of the more significant being that they are the 630th ranked site in canada for online traffic. with approximately 40,000 unique daily active users.
Interestingly, 3rd only to Google.com and Google.ca...the site which people visit immediately before this Stockwatch.com is Stockhouse.com"
