As the BCSC has taken upon itself to be the sole arbiter of all things in the BC registered stock market ,and to have set out all the rules that guide transactions and behavior and discipline of such they are in fact agreeing to an implied contract with the BCSC for the security and guarantee of process in the operations of any company that falls under their pervue.
Anyone that has shares in a BC registered company should have the confidence that they have made an implied contract with BCSC to manage their investment under the rules that they have estabished.
I would like to see a High Court deny that proposition !!
