Everyone so effected should complain to the BSCS, TSX, and Computerserve.

I still think it would be a good idea to put together a list of people who did not receive the circular, just to see how bad the Candian post office really are! :-)

And then send the final resut of that list to the entities listed above, so they can see how many people did not receive papers.

If the list is long enough, it will tell its own story.

It is not necessary to ask the number of shares held, just make it volountary.

It would be interesting to see if a pattern emerged.
