You are in fact higlhlighting the fact that on the Venture Exchange shareholders are the de facto owners of the company, because management can entrench themselves, and there is little or nothing the shareholders can do about it!

Litigation is the only option, and the sheer expense of that ensures that it is rare orimpossible to achieve anything that way.

And the company in defence uses the shareholders OWN funds against them!

Thanks to the internet the word is spreading and people not just in Canada are very aware of what has occurred here!
