I think you may find they are funding the company by exercising options which are then immediately sold into the market.
Open to correction of course, but I think you will find this is what is going on.
So you have to look at how many options have been taken up recently, and for what price, and that will tell you how much money they have put inot the almost empty kitty.
Then you need to know how many oprions remain, and at what price?
