A nice theory, and you may well be right!

But,

• How would someone go about paying the leases for a company?
• And are you allowed to pay the leases for a company that you are not an officer or a director of?
• Does anyone know what is costs to renew each lease?
• And what the term length is?
• Or does it depend on the area, I.E. hectares?
• And if so, any idea what is the charge per hectare?
