Molson,

I think the board (Lori) should be requested to epxlain why this was done, and the monetary amount used in each transaction.

The obvious question is did Jeff buy from Lloyd and then sell to SLI and make a profit on the transaction?

And if so, how much profit did he make? (and if not, why did be bother?)

And was this in the interests of SLI shareholders?
