Thank You Aim,
I am aware of disclaimers and their instrumental use throught the financial system and markets.
The points being with my post on this topic;
1) Not only was the information supplied to this research company by Amarok, but we can trace this information in regards to the historical estimate, right back to when Inca Pacific held the property, this makes this portion FACT, regardless of what the author puts in the report. The FACT being that the Cueva Blanca has an estimated resource of ~190,000 onces of gold and almost a million ounces of silver in early 2000, that equates to a value of multiple millions of dollars.
2) If these reports are untrue, then they become misleading statements by management, which is supposed to be illegal.
The use of such reports is usually to intice investors into stocks to raise the stock price so downloading of shares may be executed. Sell on good news, buy on bad news, is one tactic that is used during trading for the above purpose and other purposes. The illusion is created in the markets to entice and entrap investors, while the traders and manipulators of the markets wreak the benefits.
