Aiminvestor, as you know the CEO can do nothing at this time because there is very little money left.

• And why is that? Because she spent it perhaps?
• And on what?
• Travel and promotion do not create shareholder value!
• Lumpy and bumpy fashion shows in NY do not create shareholder value!

The only way to fix that is to raise some cash.

So profound!

Two problems;

• As a result of managenent' s perfformance, the SP is only at 2.5c, which is HALF of what is required to do a financing, (If IT WERE TRADING OF COURSE!)
• Even good companies (which this isn't!) cannot raise any significant cash in this market.

Shareholders are not willing to help in that department and spend all day and night attacking management and the company online further stifling any chance to get financing elsewhere.

That is not correct.

• When shareholders rang to participate in the previous fnancing, the company did not send them the forms!
• People are attacking the management becuase they were outvoted in the AGM's, yet by using a technicality, hang grimly on instead of allowing a new group to come in and have a go at turning it around.
• Where on earth do you think they could raise money in this market?
• According to accounts, the CEO is owed $120,000, so the first monry raised would go to pay that off I would imagine, so a $500,000 raise, mines 10% finder's fee, and how much would be left?

Why do you all come to the internet to talk smack about your own investments?

How can we "smack it down" when it is not trading?
