Keep in mind, the opinions on this site are for the most part speculation and are not necessarily the opinions of the company WITHOUT PREJUDICE
First of all, I want to explain why I am still posting on this forum.
I feel that a lot of good and innocent people have been terribly hurt by St. Elias Mines, and I can not rest until justice has prevailed.
What I have to say is factual, and some of you may scream that I should have done my DD before I invested. My answer to that is if I have to dig for 3 years to find out what is really going on with management, I could have got a job at Seven Eleven and made far more money per hour than what I’ve made doing my DD.
Secondly, the question as to whether there is a ton of gold on the Tesoro, is moot. The reason I am here digging is for justice to prevail to all investors, whether it be SLI or any other publicly trading company.
I will answer the question in a following post as to whether I believe there is gold on the property or not.
I have been threatened will lawsuits, along with others, for asking questions and speaking the truth…nothing has become of this, other than my lawyer is still holding my retainer...lol
This post is to show just ‘ONE’ of the property transactions that have occurred within the inner circle of SLI. I have posted this before, but in the meanwhile I have had a chat with Kelly Funk, the original vendor of this transaction.
The Rossland Gold Camp produced over 2,700,000 ounces of gold between 1897 and the early 1940′s. We acquired the property for $120,000 on April 12, 2010. We carried out exploration work during fiscal 2011 that confirmed high-grade gold within the underground workings.

As you can see, Jeff Ruskowski ( boyfriend of CEO) bought this property from Kelly Funk, and 2 months later he sold it to St. Elias Mines.
I located Kelly and asked him a few questions about this transaction. The following is portions of our conversation:
Me: I’m an investor with St. Elias Mines, I’m not sure if you’re familiar with them?
Kelly: Ahh…yeah.
Me: And Jeff Ruskowski
Kelly: I’m not familiar with that name, but go ahead.
Me:….you probably don’t remember how much you sold it to him for, but….he turned around and sold it like 3 weeks later for $120,00.00….does that sound..
Kelly: Oh yeah yeah yeah…that rings a bell. I sold it to him for like $15,000.00 or $20,000 or somewhere in that range…and I found out about it later…and what happened. It wasn’t directly to him.
There was another guy sorta spearheading it….I can’t remember what his name was.
Me: Probably Lloyd Brewer?
Kelly: Well no, it wasn’t Lloyd, I know Lloyd…umm….what the hell was his name. I can’t think of it right off the top of my head….but I was kinda pissed off about that because that’s illegal effectively by not disclosing that you’re going to flip that.
but I need to know what property it is…I sold Lloyd a particular property…I sold him the Casino property..
Me: Yeah, well this was the Casino property, but it shows as you selling it to Jeff Ruskowski.
Kelly: Well okay, maybe that was the name he wanted me to transfer it over to…and the money could very well have come from him, but it was Lloyd that handed me the cheque.
And they let that claim lapse not long ago, and I actually made contact with Lloyd and asked him what was going on and he said he didn’t really know but they probably wouldn’t have let it go…but at least I own the claim again.
Me: Oh yeah, right on….That just lapsed in May of this year
Kelly: Yeah, I restaked it…I tried getting hold of Lloyd to find out what was going on, if there was an issue with the property or whatever. And there’s really not other than the property kinda backs on to the wrong end of a gun range or something like that, but I’m sure that could be dealt with.
That’s a really good property, you know, I’ve got pictures that Lloyd gave me of the mine…inside that mine…it’s a fantastic piece of property….and they took a lot of good gold out of there…you should see inside that mine, it’s beautiful.
Me: Do you mind if I quote that you said you sold the property for $15,000.00?
Kelly: Well if it’s the Casino property, I’m positive I sold it for $20,000.
Me: Yeah, okay but you’re giving me permission..
Kelly: Yeah, absolutely yeah. The cheque would have went straight into my company account..it is documented.
Me: Well thank you very much for your help, I certainly appreciate it.
Kelly: Alright, well good luck.
