Did Lori renew the claims?

And if so, surely the news release she put out on 3/7/14 claiming the claims has lapsed was misleading to shareholders? even though the stock was not trading at the time!

What would be the purpose of that?

That point needs clarification, IMO.

I'm surprised the TSX has not investigated this.
