Could involve criminal and civil charges against even regulators who purport to be "immune" from civil charges. Courts may no longer allow said immunity for known truly harmful regulatory acts. What I am getting here is this; the power of the people, WILL CHANGE THINGS AND ALLOW FOR ACCOUNTABILITY TO BE PLACED, be this accountability reside with a Regulator or Government, and/or Government agency. To further, with the right arsenal, that I truly believe we have, we CAN MAKE the Government and agencies there of, including regulators and RCMP accountable for their negligence in providing protection for shareholders and utilizing their power granted for unique situations like ours.

Bottom line, neither Governments nor any aspect of, are "immune" to any legal action.

Your politicians that did not help when you asked, may be open to Civil action. The BCSC, may be open to Civil action. The owners of the TSX, (pension funds and banks), may be open to civil action.

Stand your ground, gather more shareholders and speak out, interesting times!
