An excellent post Nomad and thank you for the support of our efforts, whether you agree or not, its good to see that you are observing my recent attempts.

As we all know by now, its the rule/law makers that are our problem. These rule/law makers are the government. These governments have taken an accepted Common Law over the years and have convoluted it with case,statute,contractual,civil, criminal law etc, until the simplicity and fundamentals of Common Law were lost. The most simplified law of all, was Natural Law, which was mostly interchangeable with Common Law, until governments, through legislation, has created a new definition for Common Law. It is at this point, that most become confused with the term; Common Law. Perhaps it would have been more clear for me, or Kevin Annette for that matter , to foundation the concept under the premise of Natural Law.

Nevertheless, with Kevins movement, in which I endorse, is very real. His intent is to integrate true Common Law back into our current system, and eradicate the convoluted Common Law that politicians have created. Currently, Canada calls our judicial system, a system of Common Law, but that couldn,t be further from the truth of the real meaning. The problem begins with the law/rule making process, but more importantly how rules and law is enacted. To be true law, it would require the vote of the people, in which in our system it isn,t consented upon by the people, gut rather what your government calls "representatives of the people", your elected politicians. And, because of this, your RIGHT to vote is actually taken away from the rule/law making process, and laws are made, under a swayed descretion of a very small portion of a populace, mainly a portion, the politicians, that are controlled by the rich corporations.This is when law becomes unjust and allows for it to be influenced and controlled by the deepest pockets, creating a huge conflict of interest. This brings us to where we are today with SLI, had laws been just, we would not be in this situation, because the judge would have had no alternative, but to agree with our vote.

Putting all of this aside, and by no means to degrade anyone, it has become apparent that at least some are missing out on what is actually happening around the world. This is most in part because of the mainstream media,s are not reporting on all the movements springing up, nor the truths about the larger global corruption. If you would start accessing the alternative media, as increasing amounts of people are, then things would become much clearer as to what is happening globally, because material is not censored there as much. Of course there are many untruths out there as well, intended to deceive, but it doesn,t take much discernment to get on the right track, whereas this is growing rapidly and many great minds are nonchalantly, speaking their truths through these alternative news venues.

To inform, there are many organized groups armed with all aspects of law, that are breaking down the current unjust systems around the globe, Kevin Annetts movement, is but one, of many.Change is coming, and it has to, and comfortable society as you once knew it, is breaking down. Its breaking down because the crimes against humanity have become so many and so blatant by people of power, that they cannot be hid anymore and people are rising up to put a stop to the ridiculous pillage of so many.

Where does this leave us? Well, with this movement, we have a chance of getting our properties back and perhaps even some restitution for what we have incurred as a result of this oppressive government.
