The attempted rollback of the stock was to gain control of the shares/votes. Had management succeeded, it would have made it easier for them to disposition the assets. Its amazing looking at the crazy risk that was taken by management, in illegally separating the Cueva Blanca from the shareholders. But even more so, it depicted the extreme desperation of assuring that this asset went to a non arms length party, to be possibly retrieved at a later date, or mutual benefits to be enjoyed, at a later date.

Again, add this attempt at gaining control of the company, to the orchestrated stock price hit, and it blatantly tells you the value involved. Who would jeopardize their security by blatantly breaking policy and law, unless they had a great guarantee that they would not be prosecuted? Then when you look at this, why would any regulator or prosecutor step back and risk their own careers by not enforcing policy and law? Then when you look at the politicians and government being informed of the violations , and ignoring it, who is assuring immunity to the government? Perhaps the government themselves?

How do you beat something like this? DO NOT ACCEPT it. Inform as many as you can. The fewer people that endorse the corrupt government, the less power they have.

I would suggest for everyone to exit the markets, withdraw all your moneys from banks, withdraw all pension monies now, before an immense stock market crash and a huge bail in by banks, in a last ditch effort for the corrupt entities to keep control over the populace. The finacial system is dissolving with every new piece of corruption revealed and I think we are well past the point of repair.
