I should also say that the value of the Tesoro jumps sky high because of its location. Enviromentally, it is locate high on a barren plateau, miles away from vegetation and any prominent streams that are utilized for drinking and grazing water. The enviromental impact by any mines on the Tesoro would be very little to no impact.
