IGD's Haukedal files early warning report

The Early Warning Report has FINALLY been filed on Sedar.

It appears that Red Deer based Peter Haukedal holds 7,946,003 common shares (19.87%) of IGD, and if he were to exercise all his convertible securites, he would control 22.37%.

It goes on to say "No takeover bid is contemplated"
