From the recently filed MD&A ending July 31, 2015

The Company received a lawsuit in a small claims court detailing certain allegations of nonpayment of amounts due from former contractors. The Company believes that this lawsuit has no merit and will vigorously defend itself against this lawsuit.

Also, filed with BCSC is the report of exempt distribution for the recent PP. It appears the rumors of Jeff not associating with Lori holds no merit, as he received finders fees.

Surprisingly, a former/present SLI shareholder from Whitecourt participated in this private placement.
