A clue to the clueless....This one court case may have made entire islands affordable to the lawyers and entire countries affordable to the judges even before the case is concluded. I am sure the legal system will not mind me telling you this, court costs are astronomical and the price which is paid by the little guy ends up in the hands of the already rich. For everyone involved including you, it is far more beneficial and economical to keep it out of the court system, resolve the matter using communication, compromize and conflict resolution. This keeps more dollars in the pockets of the little guy to pay rent/mortgages, purchases of food and clothing or even charitable donations like buy a goat for an african family or sponsoring a child in a 3rd world country. This is why my dollars are best kept out of the courts and spent elsewhere.

Ironically, I too lost money on this SLI debacle, so this makes me no different than you.
